MarketLift Product Scanner is operated by MarketLift Agency. This Privacy Policy explains how our Shopify app collects, uses, and protects information when merchants install and use the app.
When a merchant installs MarketLift Product Scanner, we may collect the store domain, Shopify access token, app installation details, billing status, product scan data, product titles, product descriptions, inventory information, uploaded product images, and product publishing activity needed to operate the app.
We use this information to connect the app to Shopify, create and update products, manage product queues, generate product content, upload images, manage billing status, improve app performance, and provide support.
The app only accesses Shopify data required for its core functionality. Product and store data is used only to provide the MarketLift Product Scanner service.
When merchants use AI features, product information or uploaded product images may be processed to generate product titles, descriptions, SEO tags, category suggestions, and related product content.
We do not sell merchant data. Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate the app, such as hosting, Shopify, billing, and AI processing providers.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect merchant data. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to protect app information from unauthorized access.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or support merchants. Merchants may request deletion of their app-related data.
If a merchant uninstalls MarketLift Product Scanner, access to the store is removed. Merchants may contact us to request deletion of stored app data.
