Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MarketLift Product Scanner Shopify application ("App"), operated by MarketLift Agency ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

MarketLift Product Scanner is a Shopify application designed to help merchants create, edit, and manage products using barcode scanning, AI-generated content, image uploads, queue management, inventory updates, and Shopify product publishing tools.

2. Subscription and Billing

The App may offer subscription plans with a free trial period. Billing is processed through Shopify's official billing system.

By approving a subscription, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the selected plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Shopify.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You own or have rights to the products, images, and content uploaded to Shopify.
• You are responsible for verifying product information before publishing.
• You will not use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account security.

4. AI Generated Content

The App may use AI services to generate product titles, descriptions, tags, categories, SEO information, or image metadata.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Merchants are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

5. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, Shopify platform changes, or third-party service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketLift Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the merchant for the App during the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law or Shopify policies.

Merchants may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
